Not being a fan of the series, I don't know which is which. But the top picture is a Patrol car with modified Scalex motorbike chassis, the figure is from 'Timpo'. The others are a Maximum security vehicle with scalex wheels, and a Spectrum pursuit vehicle with a chassis from a scalextric Turtle skateboard. (Captain Scarlet V the Ninja Turtles!!)
